I’m a women’s Wellness Mentor and Transformational Coach, Alchemist in the kitchen, Nutrition Nerd, and an enthusiastic proponent of what I call Sovereign Self-Care.
I spent decades teaching about health through the lens of nutrition and food, but these days I’m most excited about sharing the powerful transformative practices, simple habits and hacks, and perspectives that have made a huge difference in the quality of my own life after a decade and a half diving deep in my studies of health and wellness, biohacking, and ancestral ways of living more in alignment with our ancient human physiology.
